Media release: Clayton Utz advises Nelnet on acquisition of Passtab, Entrytab, and Resitab businesses
Clayton Utz has advised Nelnet, Inc. (NYSE: NNI) and its subsidiary, Nelnet International, on its acquisition of Australia-based Invision Marketing Services Pty Ltd, the owner of the Passtab, Resitab, and Entrytab brands.
The acquisition further expands Nelnet's presence and business in Australia, and strengthens its ability to provide innovative solutions to the Australian marketplace that enhance safety, streamline front office operations, while also support increasingly complex compliance requirements for school communities.
Passtab, a leading visitor management and emergency readiness platform, is used by thousands of schools across Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
