Media release: Clayton Utz advises PwC partners on their transfer to Teneo Financial Advisory

As part of a business sale between PwC and Teneo Financial Advisory Australia, Clayton Utz has advised the PwC partners involved in PwC's insolvency and restructuring services business in relation to their transfer to Teneo. The transaction was completed on 29 August 2025.

Corporate partner Michael Linehan led the firm's team, which included Restructuring and Insolvency partners Paul James and Nicholas Poole, Workplace Relations special counsel Matthew Condello, Restructuring and Insolvency senior associate Jackson Macaulay, and Corporate lawyers Matthew Gough and Peter Nikitas.  

Congratulating the transferring PwC partners, Michael said:
