Sally advises on commercial and regulatory matters across a range of sectors, with a focus on regulated infrastructure. Sally is known for her expertise in negotiating and advising on complex commercial transactions. She is a key member of the team advising National Intermodal Company on its Moorebank and Beveridge Intermodal Precincts.
Sally joined Clayton Utz in 2024 after previously working in the Technology, Data and Commercial team at another prominent firm. During her time there, she served a number of secondments with multinational clients, including Accenture and Northrop Grumman.
NBN Co: Advised on the RFT process and award of its $4b Field Module contracts to Ventia and Service Stream, pursuant to which NBN Co's contractors will be responsible for service activations, assurance and network maintenance across the nbn network.
Western Sydney Airport: Advising on airport services contracts with airlines.
Airservices Australia: Acted on a number of procurements for commercial, technology and airside services in connection with various Australian airports. *
Thales: Advised on public procurement strategies and preparing a suite of contracting templates covering simple to complex procurements for use by the Australian business. *
ASC: Advised on its subcontract with prime contractor Luerssen to construct two Offshore Patrol Vessels for the Royal Australian Navy. *
ASC: Advised on the structural separation and acquisition by BAE Systems of ASC Shipbuilding following its selection as the shipbuilder for Australia’s Future Frigate Program. *
Lendlease: Advised on the roll out of technology services across Lendlease's retail infrastructure portfolio which involved drafting complex multi-party contracts. *
Telecommunications: Acted for an Australian telecommunications company on its channel distribution agreements and advised on related telecommunications and consumer law issues. *
