  • Advised 360 Capital Investment Management Limited in its capacity as responsible entity of the 360 Capital Industrial Fund (ASX:TIX), in respect of its unsolicited off-market cash and scrip takeover of Australian Industrial REIT (ASX:ANI).
  • Lead Investa Commercial Property Fund on the acquisition of Investa Office Management Holdings Pty Ltd (IOMH), the owner and operator of the Investa Office Management platform
  • Advised Charter Hall Group in relation to a number of fund establishments and restructures over the last 12 months including the relaunch of the Charter Hall Direct Office Fund, the establishment of new funds including the Charter Hall direct industrial fund number 4, and the relaunch of the Charter Hall diversified property fund (PFA) which will involve similar issues to the direst office fund.
  • Sale of 360 Capital Property Group's Fund Management Platform and co investment stakes to Centuria.
  • Acted on the restructure of the Investa Commercial Property Fund and the acquisition by it of the Invest Office Management platform from Morgan Stanley.
