Simon's broad Asia-Pacific experience extends to contracting and major projects in other sectors such as mining and resources, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

Commercial office: Advised fund management clients from Australia and Asia on the disposal of Alinta Plaza and Workzone West, and the acquisition of 45 St Georges Terrace and Optima Centre, totalling over A$360M in transaction value.

Industrial: Advised an equity investor and debt provider, and subsequently the joint venture participants, on structuring and documenting the $250M Roe Highway logistics park development project; advised BP on the acquisition and development of sites throughout Western Australia.
