Department of Treasury and Finance: advised on Transurban's market led proposal for the $10+bn West Gate Tunnel Project, which will deliver a new freeway connection from CityLink to the West Gate Freeway via a tunnel.
Victorian Health and Building Authority: advising on the Parkville Precinct Redevelopment Project which will include the delivery of a new public and private hospital.
Victorian Government: advising on the procurement of the MR5 franchise for tram and train operators.
Development Victoria: advised on the Geelong Exhibition Centre PPP project as well as the commercial developments adjacent to the Geelong Convention Centre.
Mining Technology Innovation: advising an ASX 100 company on the drafting and negotiation of agreements for the development and operation of autonomy mining fleets.
ACT Government: advised on Canberra Light Rail including the line extension through to Woden.
John Laing consortium: advised in its bid for the Stations Trains Operations and Maintenance PPP for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Rail.
FCC Construction: advised this international contractor bidding for the Queensland Rolling Stock Expansion Project.
Victorian Government: drafted the PPP Standard Form Project Deed and Guidance Notes. Also undertook a peer review of the new form of PPP project documents in conjunction with Victorian Treasury and NSW Treasury.
