With more than 20 years’ experience, Mark is one of Australia’s leading private equity lawyers. He is Head of Private Equity at Clayton Utz.

He advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts and exits, corporate governance, board advisory matters, and securities law, with deep expertise in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Mark is widely recognised as a leading lawyer in his field, with accolades from prominent legal directories including Chambers Asia-Pacific and IFLR1000.

Before joining Clayton Utz, Mark held several leadership roles at a major law firm, including Co-Head of Private Equity and, serving on the firm’s board for 10 years.
