Practising widely in building and construction law for more than 23 years, Dale Brackin has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating construction and engineering contracts, and in structuring projects.
He regularly provides assistance in negotiations and at the pre-contract stage, as well as providing ongoing advice during projects. He has also developed particular expertise in back end construction projects through the resolution of commercial disputes through litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution techniques.
Dale represents major clients in all sectors of the building and construction industry, including owners (both public and private sectors), contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.
