Daisy is an experienced employment lawyer with a comprehensive practice covering all aspects of workplace relations, employment, safety, diversity and discrimination and industrial relations issues, with a particular focus on the unique regulatory, policy and governance frameworks that shape the public sector. 

Daisy works closely with public and private sector clients to deliver practical and strategic advice and has particular expertise in employment and industrial disputes, complex litigation, equal opportunity and discrimination matters, enterprise bargaining, underperformance and disciplinary processes, workplace investigations, legislative compliance, policy development and public sector workforce management.  With a client focused approach and deep understanding of complex workplace dynamics, Daisy provides clear, solution-oriented advice tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

  • Victoria Police: A trusted advisor to Victoria Police advising on on a wide range of employment litigation, disputes and grievances, enterprise bargaining, and equal opportunity matters.

  • Public Sector Investigations: Providing advice and assistance in relation to complex public sector investigations, including the investigation of allegations against senior and high-profile employees for code of conduct breaches.  

  • Enterprise Bargaining: Strategic advice and assistance in relation to the conduct of enterprise bargaining for private and public sector clients, including advice and representation in associated matters such as protected industrial action, bargaining disputes and good faith bargaining applications.

  • Regulatory Advice and Litigation: Advising and representing regulatory clients, including the Australian Building and Construction Commission and Fair Work Ombudsman, in relation to prosecutions under the Fair Work Act and the Building Construction Industry Improvement Act.
