Cameron Gascoyne is a partner in the Brisbane office, specialising in intellectual property and information technology law.

Cameron has substantial experience advising on the technology and intellectual property aspects of major projects, government reorganisations and corporate transactions. He has special interests in mining technology and cleantech, where he advises clients on intellectual property development, protection and commercialisation, including through the use of joint ventures and alliances.

Cameron also has expertise advising clients on major ICT projects, particularly outsourcing arrangements, cloud services and IT system acquisitions. He regularly acts for government departments and large corporations.

With his legal experience, and degrees in Science and Law, Cameron brings a technical understanding and strong commercial focus to the matters he works on.
