VicGrid: advising on several major electricity transmission infrastructure projects which are critical to facilitate the transition to renewables.
Department for Infrastructure and Transport (South Australia): advising the procurement and delivery of the $15.4Bn River Torrens to Darlington Project, the largest infrastructure project to be delivered in South Australia.
Rail Projects Victoria: advising on the Metro Tunnel Project, involving a PPP for the tunnels and stations and two major alliances for fit out.
Major Road Projects Victoria: advising on the four alliance packages forming part of the North East Link Program.
Major Road Projects Victoria: advised on its development of the Program Delivery Approach which sees all tiers of the construction industry delivering a $5bn portfolio of major road projects under a bespoke panel and ITC model.
Victorian Government: advised on the $10+bn West Gate Tunnel Project that originated as a market led proposal from Transurban for a new freeway connection from CityLink to the West Gate Freeway via a tunnel.
Major Road Projects Victoria: advised on major upgrades of the Monash and M80 freeways and the delivery of the new Mordiallic Freeway, delivered under a D&C contract model.
PAG: advising as financier on several developments across Australia.
NSW Government: advised on the Sydney Metro North West PPP involving the provision of rolling stock and a 15 year operating period.
Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics: Advised on its successful bid for the to develop the expanded roll-on roll-off automotive terminal at the Port of Melbourne.
