Clayton Utz is pleased to have advised Titan Cloud Software (Titan) on its acquisition of Urgent and Techniche EV, best-in-class maintenance solutions from Techniche Limited. The transaction is another significant milestone in Titan's global growth strategy.

Titan is a leading provider of software solutions for the fuel and convenience retail industries. The deal strengthens Titan’s maintenance capabilities, extending coverage beyond traditional fuel assets to include site equipment and EV infrastructure. It also expands Titan’s global reach, bringing proven best practices to operators navigating digitalization, tighter regulations, and the shift to alternative energy. 

Clayton Utz supported Titan on the Australian aspects of the acquisition and worked collaboratively with leading international law firms Mills & Reeve (UK) and Bass, Berry & Sims (US) on the transaction.
