Media Release: Clayton Utz advises Metal Tiger plc on its ASX listing

Perth, 27 May 2021: Clayton Utz has advised AIM-listed investment company Metal Tiger plc on its successful ASX listing today.

Clayton Utz corporate partner Liz Humphry and lawyer Samuel Pullin led the firm's team, with support from lawyer Sarah Thiruneelakandan.

Metal Tiger is focused on natural resources investments and assets, and the provision of financial and business support to companies in the mineral exploration and development sector. Its listing on the ASX reflects the Exchange's strong record in mining and resources investment.
