Media release: Clayton Utz advises Tattarang on its investment in NodeOne

Perth, 27 July 2020: Clayton Utz has advised Tattarang, one of Australia's largest private investment groups owned by the Forrest family, on its investment in NodeOne, a Western Australian fixed wireless and NBN provider.

Clayton Utz corporate partner Mark Paganin and special counsel Stephen Neale led the firm's team.

NodeOne is Western Australia’s largest fixed wireless provider, with network coverage in Geraldton, the Mid West, Bunbury and the Perth metropolitan area. The company now has more than 50 fixed wireless points of presence, providing network coverage to over 2 million people in Western Australia.

Tattarang invested alongside another strategic investor, CVC Emerging Companies Fund (CVC). Existing NodeOne investors include founder Nick van Namen and Amcom Co-Founder, former Vocus Deputy Chair and iiNet Director, Tony Grist.
