Perth, 26 September 2019: Clayton Utz is advising ASX-listed HotCopper Holdings Limited (ASX:HOT) (HotCopper) on its strategic acquisition of Canadian-based Stockhouse Publishing (Stockhouse).

Stockhouse is a leading publisher of opinion, research, and insights from respected and trusted analysts and experts. The acquisition is key to HotCopper's strategy to grow a global finance and news retail investor relationship platform.

The total consideration for Stockhouse will be approximately C$20 million, to be funded by debt and equity.
