Known for his technical legal expertise and ability to simplify the complicated, Vince has over 25 years’ experience practising in a wide range of complex commercial litigation. Vince has acted in several landmark cases including the High Court cases which established the test for legal professional privilege in Australia and for "artificial price" under the market manipulation provisions of the Corporations Act.

  • CEM Group: advising in Supreme Court proceedings seeking injunctive and other relief to restrain a landlord from entering into possession of hotel premises.
  • MedHealth: advising in respect of a contract dispute in connection with a distribution agreement.
  • Australian Unity: advising in respect of conflicts and takeover related issues including in respect of the obligations of advisors.
  • Sandhurst: advising in connection with two proceedings in relation to release of a deposit for a contract for the sale of land and related action regarding priority issues.
