Overview

Tony practises in general commercial litigation, focused in liability law, contractual disputes, venture disputes, equitable remedies and dispute resolution. He has also served as a member and past chair of the Queensland Law Society Litigation Practice and Procedure Committee for 26 years. He has extensive experience in writing and presenting training programs as part of the Clayton Utz Training Program, and created modules for various organisations on topics including "Contract Risk Management", "Commercial contracts for non-lawyers", and "Basic contract training".
