ING: Sonia acts for ING in connection with its securitisation platforms including its IDOL programme.  Sonia led the team advising on the largest IDOL transaction to date ($1.25b) - IDOL 2014-1 and, more recently, the IDOL 2015-1 and IDOL 2016-1 Trusts.

IMB:  Sonia established IMB’s RMBS and CMBS programme – the Illawarra Trust – and has acted for IMB in connection with all its issuances to date, including its most recent RMBS, Illawarra Series 2013-1 Trust.

Optus Finance: Sonia has acted for Optus in connection with its Australian Debt Instrument Programme including updates and issuances.  Most recently Sonia advised on a dual tranche $100m issuance that closed in June 2015.

CNOOC: Sonia actedfor CNOOC Ltd in relation to the establishment of an Australian special purpose company which issued 4 tranches of bonds ($2b in total) to the public in the US under an SEC registered platform.

Holcim: Sonia advises in connection with Holcim's AMTN programme including its most recent issuance a $250m issuance which closed in March 2016.

Heritage Bank: Sonia acted on the update of its $2b domestic issuance programme in 2014.
