Former CEO and CFO of Dick Smith Holdings Ltd: Roxana acted for the former CEO and CFO of Dick Smith Holdings Ltd in relation to three sets of proceedings brought by the receivers and the groups of class action plaintiffs in the Supreme Court of New South Wales over the collapse of Dick Smith.
Noble Group: Roxana acted for Noble in relation to proceedings commenced by Oceltip in the Supreme Court of Queensland relating to a dispute concerning a mining royalty stream.
Merrill Lynch (International) Australia Ltd: Roxana acted for Merrill Lynch against allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct in proceedings commenced in the Federal Court of Australia in relation to the sale of a mining business.
Dr Segal and Mrs Segal, as trustee for the Segal Family Trust: Roxana acted in relation to disputes between Dr Segal and his business partners in relation to South West Radiology, including successfully defending proceedings brought against them in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Confidential Client: Roxana acted for an Australian Accounting firm in relation to alleged breaches of partnership and fiduciary obligations by a former partner. The dispute was ultimately resolved on commercial terms following mediation.
Healthscope Group: Roxana acted in two Supreme Court proceedings concerning allegations of breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of directors' duties. These claims were ultimately settled on commercial terms.
Virgin Blue: Roxana acted in relation to the outage of the company's computer reservation system over the weekend of the AFL grand final in 2010. The dispute involved claims under the Trade Practices Act (now the Australian Competition and Consumer Law) and in contract, which gave rise to complex legal and technical computer issues.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia – Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry: Roxana was part of the Clayton Utz team acting for CBA in the Financial Services Royal Commission.
Commonwealth Bank of Australia – Open Advice Review Program: Roxana was part of the Clayton Utz team advising the Bank on the delivery of its Open Advice Review Program, the largest customer focused remediation program of its kind in Australia.
ACCC investigations: Roxana has acted for a number of senior employees in relation to oral examinations before the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission pursuant to section 155 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
