Overview

Phillip is a Senior Manager in the Forensic and Technology Services group specialising in litigation support, document & legal project management, trial preparation, due diligence reviews and corporate transactions.

Phillip manages litigation projects of varying scale, specialising in general commercial litigation and regulatory investigations. He has a particular focus on providing support for Clayton Utz's public sector clients in responding to Parliamentary Standing Orders.

Notable Work
  • Large financial services client: managed processing, review and documentary response to numerous document production notices issued to the client. Constructed and facilitated processes and teams to ensure this challenging requirement was achieved consistently throughout the Royal Commission.
  • Large multinational corporate client: managed collection, analysis processing, review and production of a high volume of client data in response to a notice for document production from the ACCC to the client. Processed and analysed a high volume of data in a compressed timeframe using a variety of data interrogation techniques including running direct QA sessions with client representatives and interrogating data instantaneously. Produced over 75,000 documents to the ACCC in accordance with established regulatory protocols and prepared in a timely manner.
  • Hunter Water Corporation: managing data scoping, data collection, processing, analysis, review and production of documentary response to a Call for Papers under Standing Order 52. Managed the processing and analysis of over 50 million items to create a filtered document collection for client review.
