Leasing
Monash University: Lisa was responsible for preparing a full suite of standard leasing documents for use by Monash University. Additionally, she has drafted and negotiated individual leases and ancillary documents at various University sites, and is providing ongoing advice to Monash in relation to a whole of building lease at 750 Collins Street.
Myer Limited: Lisa acts for Myer in relation to a high-value Agreement for Lease and Lease of its new Victorian distribution centre, and several of its existing retail stores, including drafting, advising and negotiating the terms of Agreements for Lease, Leases, Works and Redevelopment Deeds, particularly in the context of major shopping centre redevelopment proposals received from the landlord.
AMES Australasia: Lisa acts for AMES Australasia in drafting and negotiating leases for its various industrial and warehousing sites across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.
Saputo Dairy Australia: Lisa acted for Saputo in relation to negotiations for a high value new head office lease in Melbourne.
EPA Victoria: Lisa provided advice to EPA Victoria in relation to its leasehold interests and its rights as tenant.
Development
Epworth Foundation: Lisa acted for Epworth in the redevelopment and expansion of the Epworth Eastern hospital, including the acquisition and subsequent disposal of adjacent sites, and the preparation of leases, subleases and easements for the purposes of satisfying planning requirements for parking, access and provision of services.
Villawood Properties: Lisa has been involved in drafting and negotiating various access licences and service agreements for access to, or development of, third party land. Lisa has also prepared several cost sharing agreements between Villawood and adjacent landowners in relation to the establishment of facilities and services associated with each party's respective development.
Plenary Group: Lisa assisted Plenary Group in respect of property due diligence associated with the New Footscray Hospital, including in relation to the co-located Victoria University land which will form a link to the main site on which the new health facility will be constructed, as well as due diligence associated with the proposed Frankston Hospital redevelopment.
Acquisitions and disposals
Ridley Corporation: Lisa acts for Ridley Corporation and its associated subsidiaries in the disposal of surplus and/or redundant industrial sites in Victoria and South Australia.
Burbank Land Corporation: Lisa acted for Burbank in the preparation and negotiation of Contracts of Sale in relation to the sale of superlot greenfield sites in its development at Cheltenham Victoria, through to completion of the sales.

Government Services
Level Crossing Removal Project: Lisa is acting for the Level Crossings Removal Project in relation to the proposed integrated development opportunity sites associated with the Victorian Government's level crossings removal program. This has included providing advice on whether native title continues to apply to parcels of land associated with an integrated development opportunity, possible alternative methods to secure the disposal of land from the State to developers to comply with relevant State policies, advising on and preparation of agreements in respect of the transfer of ownership of fixed improvements independently of any interest in the underlying land, and the grant and/or surrender of leases.
North East Link Project: Lisa is also acting for North East Link Project in relation to the sports and recreation facility relocations required for the Victorian Government's North East Link project, including preparing, reviewing and negotiating agreements for construction of works and provision of funding grants with various public and private organisations.
Department of Premier & Cabinet: Lisa advised the Department in relation to existing leasehold and other interests in land.
Department of Transport: Lisa is advising Department of Transport in relation to a proposed lease and/or acquisition of land for provision of additional commuter carparking adjacent to Watergardens shopping centre.
