Overview

Kellie is an eDiscovery specialist with a core focus in Royal Commissions and Inquiries. Her key experience is across both government and private sectors in investigations, dispute resolution and litigation, including regulatory responses.

Notable Work

State and Federal Government agencies: engaged to conduct data mapping, case/evidence management and witness preparation in more than 10 Royal Commissions, including the more recent Robodebt, Aged Care, Bushfire and Banking Royal Commissions.
Private and public sector clients: engaged to manage responses to over 10 inquiries, including the recent NSW Casino Inquiry, Victorian Inquiry into Policy Corruption and Misconduct and Coronial Inquests into the Orroral Valley and COVID-19 deaths.
Federal Government: led the first, and largest technology-assisted review (TAR) project at Clayton Utz involving over a million documents for a Federal Government client.
Tabcorp / Tatts merger: led the team responsible for the application, witness preparation, production and trial material that contributed to this $11 billion merger, the largest merger clearance authorisation in recent times.
ATO, ASIC, ACCC and FWO requests: manages responses for clients across a range of regulated industries.
