Develop Global Limited: acted on the A$100m financing and offtake arrangements with Trafigura to fund the restart of the Woodlawn Copper-Zinc Mine in New South Wales.
Talison Lithium: advised on the project financing of the expansion of its $700 million lithium processing plant in Kwinana, Western Australia and all subsequent refinancings, including the recent $1 billion refinancing structured as corporate debt.
Tianqi: acted for on its US$2.5 billion senior facility and US$1 billion mezzanine facility in respect of the acquisition of lithium asset in Chile, and all subsequent refinancings.
Blackstone and its affiliates: advised on the back-leverage financing arrangements for its A$4.5 billion debt funding for the acquisition of Crown Resorts Limited.
Westpac Banking Group: advised on the sale of its motor vehicle dealer finance and novated leasing business to Angle Finance (a portfolio company of Cerberus Capital Management L.P.).
Invesco: advised on financing arrangements relating to its acquisition of an interest in a major commercial property being constructed in Perth, valued at $800 million.
Sprott: acted for on a number of secured financing transactions in respect of resources located in the Philippines, South America and Australia, as well as acquisition financing for Novo Resources' acquisition of Millennium Minerals.
Virgin Airways: advised the administrators on all finance related aspects of the administration, including negotiation of standstill arrangements with all aircraft financiers, advising on administrator funding arrangements and related security arrangements.
Advised a private fund in connection with its research and development financing for an Australian clinical trial.
