Spinifex Offshore Wind Farm: Advised Alinta Energy on co-development arrangements with Parkwind to build, own and operate the Spinifex offshore wind farm, to be located near Portland in Victoria, Australia, including the initial sell-down of a 50% interest in the project to Parkwind.
Wallenius Wilhelmsen: Advising on the sale of Melbourne International RoRo & Auto Terminal Pty Ltd for $332.5 million.
Macquarie Capital: Advised on its participation in the Asian Renewable Energy Hub to be developed in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Stanwell: Advised on Supernode deal between Stanwell and Quinbook Infrastructure Partners to procure storage from proposed Supernode Battery Energy Storage Project.
Pacific National: Acted in the negotiation and documentation of rail haulage arrangements, restructuring agreements and haulage terms.
Petronas/Gentari: Advised on the acquisition by Gentari of Wirsol's Australian group. Advised Gentari on the acquisition of Yabulu BESS Project.
Leading Gas Producer: Acted in the negotiation and documentation of gas sale agreements, LNG sale agreements and hydrogen agreements on behalf of leading gas producers in the East Coast and WA.
Carbon Developer: Acted in the negotiation and documentation of bespoke carbon project development and ACCU offtake agreements on behalf of an overseas-based carbon developer.
