amaysim: Jonathan advised mobile virtual network operator amaysim Australia on its strategic review resulting in its IPO and ASX listing, giving it a market capitalisation of A$350m its novel tender block trade process. He's also advised it on its recent M&A activity, including its acquisitions of a Queensland-based MVNO and AusBBS broadband network solutions provider.
