New Royal Adelaide Hospital Project: Appointed as joint legal advisers to the State of South Australia on this PPP project which involves the delivery of a new A$1.7 billion hospital. As team leader, Jo has been involved at a high level in developing the strategy for the delivery of the project and will lead the legal team in the drafting of the project documents, evaluation, negotiation and financial close of the project.

SA New Prisons & Secure Facilities Project: Appointed to assist as joint legal adviser to the State of South Australia on this A$1bn PPP Project involving the procurement of five new secure facilities in South Australia. As team leader, Jo has been involved at a high level in developing the strategy for the delivery of the project and will lead the legal team in the drafting of the project documents, evaluation, negotiation and financial close of the project.

Partnerships Victoria Correctional Prisons Project: Currently acting for the Department of Justice in relation to this Project, advising generally on contract management and facilities maintenance issues that have arisen during the delivery and operations phase of the project.

Royal Children's Hospital Redevelopment Project: Joint team leader of the core legal team involved in advising the State Government on this project. Jo's role to date has included: advising on strategy, drafting the project agreement services and performance specifications and ancillary agreements, and evaluation of tenders. She continues to advise the Government on various discrete contract management and facilities management issues as they arise during the delivery phase of this project.

Melbourne Convention Centre: Advised the Construction and FM Contractor on the drafting and negotiating of the design and construct and facilities maintenance contracts for this PPP project and has an ongoing role providing contract management advice during the design and construction phase of the Project.

Biosciences Research Centre: Leader of the team advising the Victorian Government and La Trobe University on this PPP project. Jo has advised on strategy and supervised the preparation of key project and ancillary agreements. She will be responsible for legal evaluation and the negotiation of the project agreement with the successful tenderer.

National Commercial Principles: Engaged by Infrastructure Australia to assist NSW Treasury and Victorian DTF in the drafting and finalisation of the National Commercial Principles on Social Infrastructure which will now be used for all social infrastructure projects in Victoria.

Traditional procurement: Jo acts for a series of contractors including Leighton and MPX on a number of their projects procured using numerous models including D&C, ERC and DBOM.
