Overview

Jackie is a Special Counsel in the Perth Banking & Financial Services group. She has over 17 years' experience advising corporate clients and financial institutions across a broad range of transactions with an emphasis on renewables, energy and resource financing, project finance as well as leveraged and structured finance. She also has a wealth of experience in debt capital markets, debt restructurings as well as LIBOR transition issues.

Osisko Bermuda Limited: Advised in relation to copper and silver stream purchase transactions as part of a complex financing package to assist Metal Acquisition Corp's US$1.1bn acquisition of Glencore's CSA mine in New South Wales.
Squadron Wind Energy Pty Ltd: advised Squadron on the complex secured debt staple financing arrangements underpinning Squadron's acquisition of CWP Renewables.
Blackstone Acquisition of Crown Resorts Ltd: Advised on back leverage aspects (repo agreement workstream) of Blackstone's financing package in relation to the Crown Resorts Ltd. This was Blackstone's largest transaction at the time in the Asia-Pacific.
The Market Herald Limited: Advised on all banking related aspects of the Market Herald Limited’s acquisition of 100% of the shares and related assets of Gumtree AU Pty Ltd, Carsguide Autotrader Media Solutions Pty Ltd and Gumtree IP AUS Holding Ltd from Adevinta.
Wyloo Metals Ltd: Acted for Wyloo in relation to its investment in a convertible note issued by Hastings Technology Metals Ltd, the proceeds of which were used by Hastings to acquire an equity interest in TSX-listed Neo Performance Materials Inc.
Wright Prospecting: Advised on Wright Prospecting to modernise their Rhodes Joint Ridge iron ore joint venture project in the East Pilbara in Western Australia with Rio Tinto.
