Queensland Treasury - Build-to-Rent Pilot Project: Advised the Queensland State Government on all legal aspects of the first Queensland Build-to-Rent projects at 60 Skyring Terrace, Newstead and 210 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, including the drafting (and ultimately execution) of project documentation to support the provision of subsidised rent for affordable housing tenants.
Queensland State Government - Housing Investment Fund and Private Site Initiative: Assisted the Queensland State Government in the development and negotiation of complex project documents for a multi-site affordable and social housing project.
Cross River Rail Project: Member of the real estate team involved with the acquisition of sites, resumption of properties, drafting the development arrangements proposed for the Over Station Development and leasing documentation.
Queensland Hydro: Advising Queensland Hydro on the early acquisition of sites for the Pioneer-Burdekin project, including drafting pro forma project documents, negotiating with sellers and assisting in the acquisition process.
Brisbane City Council - Eagle Street: Provided advice regarding the Waterfront Place and Eagle Street Pier redevelopments, including State tenure issues, drafting tenure substitution agreements, replacement leases, and negotiating with tenants.
Commonwealth of Australia: Provides long term assistance to Ministerial and Parliamentary Services in regards to their extensive leasing portfolio of ministerial offices in Queensland.
Sunshine Coast Council: Assisted with the voluntary acquisition of residential and commercial sites for the Brisbane Road Upgrade Project.
