Volkswagen Group: We act for the Volkswagen Group of companies in relation to emissions issues which have resulted in investigations and claims in a number of jurisdictions.  In Australia, this includes class actions by private plaintiffs and regulatory proceedings by the ACCC in the Federal Court of Australia. 

Commonwealth Bank of Australia:  worked with CBA on its defence of multiple proceedings including a class action by customers and an action brought by the regulator in the Federal Court of Australia in connection with Storm Financial.  Alex worked in house with the client to assist in implementation of its novel alternative dispute resolution scheme.
