Our role has involved developing the MOU and service terms between agencies, terms of use for end users, and advising on IP, record keeping, privacy, freedom of information and administrative laws.

Advised on intellectual property issues in the development of a GPT-powered chatbot designed to help users navigate and understand Australian industrial standards.

Advised on the risk controls in introducing an AI chatbot with document review capabilities. Our advice covered a broad range of risks including accuracy, safety, privacy, IP, discrimination, cyber security, transparency and accountability.
