Clayton Utz has again made GoodCompany’s list of Australia’s Top 40 Best Workplaces to Give Back – this year at number 9.

The annual list acknowledges organisations that best empower their people to have a positive social impact through donations, fundraising and volunteering.

Marcus Ross, our Senior Manager – Community and Sustainability, said he was proud to see our firm named among the employers that support a strong workplace giving culture.

The focus of our programs at Clayton Utz continues to be on impact: where can we best direct our time, money and resources to support our over 20 Community Partners in the work they do in our communities

We have relationships Australia-wide with organisations including Australian Red Cross, Wayside Chapel, FareShare, Beacon Foundation, Daystar Foundation, Ardoch and Waalitj Foundation, among others.

In FY22:

The Clayton Utz Foundation made over $850,000 in grants to 45 charities with a connection to our firm.
26% of our people volunteered with our Community Partners.
35% participated in our formal Workplace Giving program.
Our people raised over $232,000 through fundraising initiatives.
