Sydney, 21 October 2021: The Board of Clayton Utz is pleased to announce the appointment of Elizabeth Hallett GAICD as a further external director. The appointment takes effect on 1 January 2022 for a three-year term.
Elizabeth is an experienced non-executive director in regulated sectors such as financial services, infrastructure and aviation. Her current board appointments include SunSuper, Lynch Group Ltd, NPP Australia Ltd, the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and NSW Land Registry Services.
Elizabeth is also a member of the Australian Takeovers Panel, and a former partner of an international law firm, where she was a member of its global leadership team and brings to us a wealth of industry and professional expertise.
Clayton Utz Board Chair Karen O'Flynn said Elizabeth's experience will be a valuable addition to the current Board.
Elizabeth joins Jane Halton AO PSM as the second external director on the Clayton Utz Board.
