Sydney, 19 January 2021: Clayton Utz has advised Infosys Technologies Limited (NYSE: INFY) on its agreement, announced on 13 January 2021, to acquire the business of Carter Digital, one of Australia's leading and award-winning experience design agencies.
Carter Digital is known for its holistic approach and "people first, design later" mantra, connecting digital to physical experiences in the consumer, commerce, technical and corporate environments.
Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, enabling clients in 46 countries to navigate their digital transformation, with this transaction strengthening its global design and experience offerings.
The Infosys in-house legal team that advised on the acquisition included Inderpreet Sawhney (Group General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer), Subodh Sista (Principal Legal Counsel) and Abhishek Sharma (Senior Legal Counsel).
