Vincent has acted for and advised ASX-listed corporations, private capital sponsors, funds and boards in regulatory investigations involving ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, ACCC, OAIC, AFCA, TPB, Department of Health and ICAC. He also acts as an independent legal adviser to directors, officers and individuals facing examinations, interviews and public hearings.

Confidential investigations and regulatory engagement: advised various entities on complex multi-party and cross-boarder investigations and regulatory engagement, including matters involving ASIC, ACCC, AFCA, TPB, DoH (Medicare) and ICAC.
ASIC enforcement proceedings: assisted Commonwealth Bank of Australia, in successful defence of various regulatory proceedings, at trial and on appeal, relating to financial services obligations including conflicted remuneration and misleading and deceptive conduct.
ASIC and other investigations: assisted major banks, funds and ASX listed entities in the resolution of investigations concerning representations to customers, vulnerable customer obligations, design and distribution obligations, whistleblowing protections, privacy compliance and conflicts of interest.
Royal Commission: assisted a major Australian bank during the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services industry.
Large scale remediation programs: assisted Australian and global entities across all phases of significant consumer remediation programs, including initial strategy, program design, governance frameworks, implementation, execution and regulatory engagement.
