Acting for Hunter Water Corporation in the procurement of operation and maintenance services for its water and waste water treatment facilities.
Acted for Transport for NSW on the restructure of integrated operations across the 3 stages the WestConnex program of works.
Acted for the Sydney Opera House Trust on the procurement for a managing contractor and stage engineering contractor for the renewal of the Concert Hall.
Acted for Transport for NSW on the procurement of Independent Verifier services for Sydney Gateway.
Acted for Sydney Water Corporation on the restructure, upgrade and extension of Sydney Water's BOOT water filtration projects at Prospect, Woronora, Illawarra and Macarthur and the refinancing of the Prospect and Macarthur water filtration projects.
Acted for Transport for NSW in the intra-governmental interfaces for Sydney Metro North West.
Acted in all aspects of the CCT, M7 and Lane Cove toll road projects.
Acted for the NSW Government on the financing, construction and long term operation and maintenance of the Tweed River Entrance Sand Bypassing Project.
Acted for NSW Treasury, Department of Premiers and Cabinet, Office of Sport and Venues NSW in relation to the acquisition by the NSW Government of the Accor Stadium Australia PPP project and the development of the new operating and management agreement.
