- Acted and advised on claims arising from wind farm projects in regional NSW and Victoria.
- Acted for a project principal defending an arbitration by a main contractor in a world-leading waste to energy project in Asia, mainly stemming from design changes.
- Advised the Victorian Government on claims arising during the delivery phase of prison PPPs in the State.
- Acted for a private contractor in an arbitration for alleged variations, defects and time related claims arising from the development of a social housing project in Hong Kong.
