- China Investment Corporation on the core debt facility for its $2.45 billion acquisition of Investa Property Trust's office tower portfolio across Australia. This transaction was the largest property deal in Australia in 2015.
- the bank group on the core debt facility for Ascendas' $1.073 billion acquisition of a portfolio of 26 logistics warehouses throughout Australia from Singapore's sovereign fund, GIC, and Frasers Property Australia. This deal is the second largest industrial property deal to date in the Asia Pacific region and the largest industrial property transaction in Australia.
- Chinese investment group Bright Ruby on the syndicated debt facility for its successful $420 million bid for the Hilton Hotel in Sydney.
- the offshore financier to Propertylink on its $200 million acquisition of the landmark Telstra tower at 320 Pitt Street, Sydney, including the intercreditor arrangements for the mezzanine debt.
- an Australian domestic bank on the senior construction finance made available to Anthony John Group in relation to stage 1 of its $590 million Southpoint development at South Bank comprising over 200 residential apartments, a 5-star boutique hotel and retail space.
