Anne Taylor is a commercial property lawyer who helps clients with the sale, purchase, financing and construction of commercial, industrial and domestic properties and strata title developments, and commercial and retail leasing.

Anne has worked on all aspects of these transactions, from due diligence investigations, establishing appropriate acquisition entities, joint venture and partnership agreements, to the acquisition and negotiating and implementing finance arrangements.

She acts for vendors and purchasers on the disposal, acquisition and financing of major office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, industrial properties and "off the plan" residential apartments, as well as lessors and lessees of premises in major office buildings, shopping centres and industrial complexes, including to document fit-out and incentive arrangements.
