Your sales staff will be equipped to identify potential legal issues during the sales process, protect your organisation's legal interests, understand key contract terms, and ensure they are complying with Australia's competition laws. Session 4 – Staying on the right side of the law
- Misleading and deceptive conduct
- Secret commissions, bribery and fraud
- Anti-competitive behaviour (cartels, concerted practices , exclusive dealing, resale price maintenance and more)
- Privacy and spam laws
