  • Contract variations

Session 3 – Understanding and negotiating key contract terms – 15 August

  • Pricing and payment terms
  • Delay and liquidated damages
  • Insurance, bank guarantees and performance guarantees
  • Liability limitations and exclusions
  • Indemnities
  • Suspension and termination
  • Dispute resolution

Session 4 – Staying on the right side of the law – 22 August

  • Misleading and deceptive conduct
  • Secret commissions, bribery and fraud
  • Anti-competitive behaviour (cartels, concerted practices , exclusive dealing, resale price maintenance and more)
  • Privacy and spam laws
