Abbot Point Coal Terminal: Tricia acted for a syndicate of financiers in relation to the proposed senior secured debt facilities to be provided to a consortium to finance their bid for the 99-year lease to operate the Abbot Point Coal Terminal. The consortium bid was part of a competitive tender process and involved tight timeframes and complicated finance structuring.
Aged Care Facilities: Tricia has recently acted for financiers providing facilities (of approximately A$150M and A$365M) to providers of aged care facilities throughout Australia.
OZ Minerals Limited: Tricia recently acted for the banking syndicate providing facilities of US$200M to OZ Minerals Limited.
Spotlight Group: Tricia advised the banking syndicate in relation to the provision of debt facilities (of A$700 million) to the Spotlight Group.
Skilled Group Limited: Tricia acted for Skilled Group Limited in the recent refinancing of its debt facilities (A$150 million).
Waterloo Wind Farm Project: Tricia was part of the team that advised Roaring 40s in relation to the financing aspects of the Waterloo Wind Farm project located in South Australia.
Singapore Power: Tricia acted for the financiers providing debt finance facilities to entities associated with Singapore Power (A$250 million).
