Tim Reid is a partner in the Corporate Advisory group of Clayton Utz and has extensive experience in corporate and securities law. 

His experience includes equity capital market transactions such as IPOs, placements and rights and entitlement issues, mergers and acquisitions through regulated takeovers and schemes of arrangement as well as private transactions, corporate structuring, corporate governance and administration, ASX Listing Rule compliance, executive and employee equity incentive plans and general corporate and commercial advice.

Tim’s corporate and securities experience extends over a range of industry sectors including banking, insurance and financial services, energy & resources, transport & logistics, engineering and manufacturing, property and telecommunications. Bank of Queensland Limited: Acted on many of BOQ's strategic corporate transactions including the acquisitions of CIT Australia and NZ ($500m), St Andrews Insurance ($60m), Home Building Society ($600m), UFJ Finance ($1bn), ATM Solutions and Autocash ATM and on the sale of BOQ's ATM business to Macquarie Bank, and the sale of BOQ's credit card portfolio to Citigroup.
