AMP Capital Investors: Simon acted for this Australian infrastructure fund on the acquisition of  significant equity interests in Aquasure which owns and operates Australia's largest water desalination plant in Victoria.

China Investment Corporation:Simon advised  China Investment Corporation on its joint bid for BG Group's A$4-A$6 billion LNG pipeline.

Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSPIB):  Simon acted for this Canadian pension fund manager on its 100% acquisition of Hochteif's worldwide airports portfolio, including a significant stake in Sydney International Airport, Australia’s largest international airport.

AIMCo:Simon acted for AIMCo on the proposed joint acquisition with ATCO of a portfolio of gas pipeline and related energy infrastructure assets.
