AMPCI: Simon acted for various AMPCI managed funds on the acquisition and disposal of equity interests in various asset classes including in the transport and logistics, aged care and energy sectors.

Asciano: Simon acted on the demerger of Toll's ports and rail group to form the Asciano group. This involved a strategic restructure to create two ASX-listed companies, Toll Holdings and Asciano. Simon has also acted for Asciano on a number of leading transactions in the transport and logistics sector.

Woolworths: Simon acted for the Woolworths Group on the establishment of a major joint venture with a service provider and associated complex contractual arrangements.

Seven Network Limited: Simon acted for Seven Network on the sale of the long-term lease and operating rights to Telstra Dome to a James Fielding lead consortium.
