  • Acting as the lead legal adviser to the Queensland Department of Housing and Public Works in implementing and finalising its Request for Proposal process for outsourcing of the social service delivery, tenancy management and facilities maintenance for 5000 social housing homes at Logan.
  • Acted for the State of Queensland in completing procurement and documentation for its 1 William Street Project. When completed, this building will become the new home of the State Government.
  • Advised the Ipswich City Council in relation to its land development arrangements (including procurement and due diligence processes) for its Ipswich City Heart (Icon) redevelopment and for its Redbank Plains development.

  • Acting for NBN Co in relation to leasing and acquisition of sites for its office premises, and incidental real estate advice.
