  • Blackstone: advised on its $3.8bn sale of the 'Milestone' portfolio comprising 45 industrial and logistics facilities located across Australia to ESR/GIC, its $2bn acquisition of industrial and logistics assets portfolios from Goodman and others, its $3.1bn proposed acquisition by merger scheme of Investa Office Fund and its sale with Brookfield of 50% of the Southern Cross Towers office complex to Charter Hall;
  • China Investment Corporation: advised on its $2.5bn acquisition of the Investa Property Trust and sale of its interests in the Grosvenor Place office complex to Blackstone;
  • AW Holdings: advised on its sale of One Circular Quay, the site of the $3bn luxury residential and hotel complex under development by Lendlease;
  • Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing: advised on development joint ventures, fund throughs and co-investments in industrial, logistics and office assets with Lendlease, Mirvac, Centurion, Charter Hall among others; and
