Johnson Lo advises energy and resources clients on upstream project development and operation, joint ventures and commodity contracts.
As one of the key team members working on the Australia Pacific LNG project, Johnson spent over 12 months on secondment with Australia Pacific LNG and has been working closely with the legal and commercial teams at Australia Pacific LNG, Origin Energy and ConocoPhillips to assist with the development of that project.
Johnson is fluent in Mandarin.

Joint ventures: Johnson advises majority and minority participants on all aspects of petroleum joint ventures, including formation, farm-ins, development and production operations and dispute resolution.
Commercial contracts: Johnson advises and acts in the drafting and negotiation of all forms of commercial contracts, including supply agreements, transportation agreements, swaps, put/call arrangements and processing agreements.
Infrastructure: Johnson has advised on the development, construction and operation of significant project infrastructure, including gas processing plants, water treatment facilities and gas transmission pipelines, including regulatory issues, commercial arrangements and preparing all necessary documentation.
