Gina has experience over a range of sectors. She has acted in disputes in the following areas of law: superannuation, funds management, derivatives/debt, competition and trade practices (anti-trust), cartels, telecommunications, media and technology, construction, transport and logistics and white collar crime.

ExxonMobil Superannuation Plan Pty Limited: currently acting in Supreme Court of Victoria proceedings. The case involves questions of construction and rectification. Gina is also involved in advising the Trustee regarding ongoing superannuation regulatory issues (involving APRA and ASIC).

Deutsche Bank AG: various commercial litigation matters.

Ingenico International (Pacific) Pty Ltd: a business technology client, in all its commercial litigation matters, including contract, licensing and distribution, hardware, software and product disputes.

Jardine Matheson Ltd: acted on various commercial litigation matters including trade practices and franchising issues.

TNT Australia Pty Limited: acted in various cases relating to contract, transport and logistics and trade practices issues (including defending TNT, Ansett and McPhee) in a claim brought by Multigroup Distribution Services Pty Ltd (Star Track Express) alleging, inter alia, breaches of Part IV of the Trade Practices Act.

Represented AWA Limited in its precedent-setting litigation against Daniels (Deloittes) involving directors' duties, auditors' negligence and foreign exchange issues.
