This resulted in significant capital injection to the Idemitsu business.

Wirsol Energy Australia: Advising Wirsol on the Carrick solar farm including due diligence and project purchase agreement.

Sun Brilliance Cunderdin Solar Farm: Advising on the development and long-term offtake agreement from the 100MW solar farm to major refinery.

Talison Lithium: Acting on its renewable electricity and REC offtake arrangements from the Kwinana and East Rockingham waste to energy facilities, to support its lithium processing facility expansion.
