Cate Greene is a Special Counsel in our Construction & Major Projects Group who provides advice on the procurement and contracting of major construction projects for Commonwealth and State governments and the private sector.
She has been involved in providing procurement documentation, construction contracts, guidance material, collaborative documentation and training workshops and industry briefings for a large number of private sector and Commonwealth projects, at present primarily for the Department of Defence.
Cate is also an expert on the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines, the National Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry and the Occupational Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.
Her experience also extends to the resolution of construction and engineering related disputes.
