Electronic discovery: Annie oversaw the complex litigation discovery process for a major mining company which involved the management of over 200,000 hard copy and electronic documents. Annie managed the discovery process and witness statement preparation for three years, providing strategic advice on issues such as de-duplication, keyword searching, cataloguing and disclosure of plans, maps and databases and the capturing of the client's email traffic. Annie was also responsible for electronically mapping, cross-referencing and linking all witness statements with related evidence and testimony.
Online transactions: Annie managed the design, execution and maintenance of a data room involving 10 international and domestic bidder groups. The process involved cataloguing thousands of documents and operating the online data room for more than 20 weeks. More than 1,300 requests for information were received and processed.
Online client portals: Annie manages numerous client portals with corporate and government clients. The portals allow clients and Clayton Utz lawyers to work collaboratively on shared documents, with each portal tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
