Origin Energy A$2.3bn PAITREO: Equity Deal of the Year (Advisers to Origin Energy; key partner: Stuart Byrne)
Macquarie SMART Series 2011-3 Trust: ABS Deal of the Year (Advisers to Macquarie Leasing; key partner: Andrew Jinks)
Royal Adelaide Hospital A$2.8bn PPP: Project Finance Deal of the Year (Joint advisers to South Australian government; key partner: Jo Pugsley)
Woolworths Notes II: Hybrid Deal of the Year (Advisers to Woolworths; key partners: Stuart Byrne, Graeme Gurney and Louise McCoach).
Clayton Utz was also a finalist in the Law Firm of the Year category.

This year's award winners celebrated at a cocktail reception held at Clayton Utz's 1 Bligh offices in Sydney on Tuesday 7 February.
